AM-PRO’s purpose is to improve the work environment at companies in Denmark by working for:

• to promote a more professional based preventive safety and health effort in the companies
• to develop and coordinate collaboration between the AM-PRO member organisations
• to contribute to the occupational health and safety policy debate
• to improve international cooperation among occupational health and safety professionals

The AM-PRO member organisations cover a wide range of different occupational safety and health and working life professionals: health, safety and environment managers, work environment advisors and consultants, preventive service providers, working life researchers, occupational health doctors and psychologists, health-improvement advisers, safety and health trainers, auditors, work environment officers in organisations and governments and other with an interest in work environment, safety and health at the workplace etc.

AM-PRO is cooperating with Nordic and European organisations and is the Danish representative in ENSHPO www.enshpo.eu
